# How to improve my score?

## Understand how to ensure the SEO quality of your content.

You consider your text finished but the score is not good, how to improve it?

But what exactly is a good score on Dokey?

- We recommend aiming for a score of at least 75% to consider a text as good quality SEO.
- Avoid always trying to achieve a very high or perfect score. **A very high score can even be detrimental to SEO** if meeting the SEO criteria harms the understanding or readability of your text.

To improve your score, follow these steps:

1. Go to the **Writing** tab of the project you are interested in.
2. At the top right, under the score, click on **See details**. Here you can see the SEO quality of each element of your text: Meta Title, Meta Description, H1, H2, and more, as well as your text.
3. For more explanations and advice, click on the **Objectives** tab at the top. You will be able to see how to improve the score of each element: optimizing length, adding keywords, expanding your lexical field to avoid over-optimization…
