How to improve my score?

Understand how to ensure the SEO quality of your content.

You consider your text finished but the score is not good, how to improve it?

But what exactly is a good score on Dokey?

• We recommend aiming for a score of at least 75% to consider a text as good quality SEO.
• Avoid always trying to achieve a very high or perfect score. A very high score can even be detrimental to SEO if meeting the SEO criteria harms the understanding or readability of your text.

To improve your score, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Writing tab of the project you are interested in.
2. At the top right, under the score, click on See details. Here you can see the SEO quality of each element of your text: Meta Title, Meta Description, H1, H2, and more, as well as your text.
3. For more explanations and advice, click on the Objectives tab at the top. You will be able to see how to improve the score of each element: optimizing length, adding keywords, expanding your lexical field to avoid over-optimization…
