Dokey shows me "An error occurred during the analysis," what should I do?

Find a solution to a failed analysis.

During the analysis of a project, you might receive the message "An error occurred during the analysis." Here are our tips to resolve this issue:

  1. In your dashboard, click on the 3 dots to the right of the project in question, then click on Delete.
  2. Restart the analysis with the same keyword: at the top right, click on + New project. Choose the query you are interested in, then click Analyze at the bottom right.
  3. The project analysis should complete normally. If Dokey indicates an error message again, please contact us via the chatbot, and we will resolve the issue.

Note: An analysis that did not complete does not use any of your subscription credits. Therefore, you will not lose credits when an issue occurs.
