Find a solution to a failed analysis.
During the analysis of a project, you might receive the message "An error occurred during the analysis." Here are our tips to resolve this issue:
- In your dashboard, click on the 3 dots to the right of the project in question, then click on Delete.
- Restart the analysis with the same keyword: at the top right, click on + New project. Choose the query you are interested in, then click Analyze at the bottom right.
- The project analysis should complete normally. If Dokey indicates an error message again, please contact us via the chatbot, and we will resolve the issue.
Note: An analysis that did not complete does not use any of your subscription credits. Therefore, you will not lose credits when an issue occurs.
